E-Z Pay® Direct Debit is a service that allows you to have your water and sewer bills paid automatically from your checking accounts. You will still receive your statement for your records. There is no cost for this service.
E-Z Pay® Direct Debit is open to all residential accounts billed by the Cucamonga Valley Water District that meet the following conditions:
Your account must be in good standing and not subject to existing payment arrangements or extensions.
You may have no more than one returned check within the last 12 months.
Payments may be rejected by your financial institution because of insufficient funds, closed / unauthorized accounts, or other reasons. Check with your financial institution for possible fees it may impose. If your payment is rejected, your utility account will be assessed a returned item fee. Cucamonga Valley Water District reserves the right to terminate your participation in E-Z Pay® Direct Debit if your payment is rejected more than once within a 12-month period.
You may cancel your participation at any time by contacting Customer Service at 909-944-6000. Once cancelled, any amount owed will immediately become due.
