What is E-Z Pay® Direct Debit?
E-Z Pay® Direct Debit is a service that allows you to have your water and sewer bills paid automatically from your checking accounts. You will still receive your statement for your records. There is no cost for this service.

How do I sign up for E-Z Pay® Direct Debit?
To sign up, just fill out the authorization form and attach a blank check, with “VOID” written across the face of the check. Deposit slips and photocopies will not be accepted. Return the authorization form and voided check with your next payment.
3.
How will I know how much is being deducted from my bank account?
Your statement will include the amount due and a notation that you are enrolled in E-Z Pay® Direct Debit. Funds will be deducted approximately 15 days after your billing date. If you have any questions regarding your bill amount, please contact the Customer Service Department before the payment is debited from your bank account.
4.
When will E-Z Pay® Direct Debit take effect?
It may take up to 30 days to activate E-Z Pay® Direct Debit. Please continue to make your payment until the E-Z Pay® Direct Debit notation is included on your statement.
